Amy Beth and Friends Celebrate the Christmas Season at the UU Congregation in McHenry

Amy Beth, left, and some of her friends jam.

Amy Beth and Friends will celebrate the Holiday Season with a gala gathering at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in McHenry, 5603 Bull Valley Road, on Sunday, December 2 from 5 to 8 pm.
Amy Beth and Friends is a treasured local musical institution held monthly on the third Friday of every month at the Corner Room, 301 Hoy Street in Woodstock or at other locations.  There will not be a December program, but there will be this even bigger celebration.
The Christmas Songfest will include seasonal stories, songs and sing-alongs including folk songs, winter and solstice songs, New Years ditties, and, of course familiar and beloved carols.
A party atmosphere will prevail and refreshments will be available.
A donation of $10 is requested and part of the proceeds will help sustain the work of the UU Congregation.
For more information call the church office at 815 322-2464, e-mail office@uucofwoodstock.org or visit uucofwoodstock.org .
